• An introduction to massage techniques using basic and aromatherapy oils. , • Students will also learn about the health and safety aspects of massage including when it would not be considered safe to perform a treatment. , • This massage introductory day course is suitable for any adult who is interested in learning how to massage family or friends to promote a feeling of well-being. , • Some undressing is involved which is handled sensitively protecting students' modesty., • You will work in pairs to give and receive shoulder, neck and head massage/to give and receive treatments., , , There is limited parking on site, but there is a public car park nearby and on-street parking. This is short massage introductory course suitable for any adult who is interested in learning how to massage themselves, family or friends to promote a feeling of well-being. , , This course is not suitable for pregnant women.
