, Want to set yourself up in business making cakes, working for clients?, , This course will help you with the legalities of starting up a business, You will be guided through all aspects of creating a cake using a client brief, making the cake to your chosen design to a professional finish, through to the finishing and presentation. , , During the course students will, • List practicalities of setting up a business., • Using a design brief to create a cake for a special occasion, • Cover your cake with sugarpaste to a professional finish, • How to finish and present a cake to a client, , All Sugarcraft courses at Tonbridge centre are taught in a well equipped kitchen which adheres to local food hygiene regulations. This course is suitable for those with experience who wish to start a business. It is not suitable for those new to the art of Sugarcraft., , , It is important to note that craft courses are practical and require a degree of manual dexterity.If you need to bring a carer with you, or be accompanied by another person, please ask to speak with the Programme Manager before you enrol.
