Sewing Bee - Make Your Own Clothes

This is a mixed level class, students will be able to work at a pace which is comfortable for them while working appropriate individual projects of their choice. Study modern methods and make fashionable clothing successfully. A wide variety of dressmaking skills will be studied. Instruction will be given on using sewing machines, adapting commercial patterns, and light tailoring for those who are interested. Tuition will be group and individual and will include demonstrations. Students will be expected to track and assess their progress. Beginners and those with some experience. It is important to note that craft courses are practical and require a degree of manual dexterity. If you need to bring a carer with you, or be accompanied by another person, please ask to speak to the programme manager before you enrol.
