This session will explore the need to recognise the need to recognise the importance of early identification and intervention to promote best outcomes for all children and especially those with additional needs. Understanding will be developed in how to identify appropriate long, medium and short term targets for those with additional needs that provide high expectations and achievement through SMART plans. It will also provide practical tools for the assessment of your current quality rating as well as informing potential action plans. The course will incluse looking at the three areas Ofsted inspect settings against.
