Advanced Accounting Apprentices work in job roles such as trainee accounting technician or assistant accountant. As an Apprentice you will receive on-the-job training at your workplace and support from your assessor, as well as attending College for 2 evenings a week. As an apprentice you will receive on the job training at your workplace and support in the workplace from your assessor. Additional training will be necessary on 2 evenings a week at Boston College. The apprenticeship framework consists of several elements which have been identified by employers to ensure Apprentices have an appropriate set of skills to operate in their specific chosen job role.
