You will be supported within this job so you can work towards completing the role as independently as you can. The support level will be regularly reviewed. You will usually spend approximately 2 days a week in the job role and for the remaining hours - approx. 1 day you will attend College to progress with your English and Maths and participate in preparation for work skills.
