The Extended Diploma covers a range of subject areas including Business enterprise, Business administration, Finance, Teamwork and Communication. You will develop practical skills and technical understanding through a unique blend of components of general and applied learning. The business units covered are: Aspects of Contract Law and Business Law, Market Research, Internet Research, Huma n Resources, Managing a business event, Underst, anding retail, Starting a small business, Understanding Business Ethics, Business and the Economic Environment, Business Markets and the Economy. You will master the skills and processes central to business and entrepreneurship by learning how to think, question, explore, create and communicate, enabling you to bring your ideas to life. It will enable you to become critical thinkers, effective communicators and creative practitioners. Much of the activity will be assignment or project based through which you will bring together different disciplines and develop your practical skills and experience.
