Baking and Patisserie Level 2 Diploma

This new course is designed to build on the individuals basic culinary skills, allowing the individual student to develop a level of competency in general patisserie and confectionary ready for employment in hospitality industry. This is a unit based qualification with a total of 4 units, including hot and cold deserts, paste products, produce biscuit, cake and sponge and producing fermented dough products.
