You will cover topics such as anatomy, physiology, maintaining a healthy and safe fitness environment, designing exercise programmes and activities, effective communication skills, catering for requirements such as age, gender, ability, health conditions, and other barriers to exercise. This course runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays and gives credits towards the Register of Exercise Professionals.
