This course is designed for those who wish to develop their understanding of the safe handling of medicines. You may wish to access this training with a view to progress on to further qualifications or study this programme to complement other programmes. As part of the course you will study four mandatory units: Understand medication and prescriptions Supply, storage and disposal of medication Understand the requirements for the safe administration of medication Record-keeping and audit processes for medication administration and storage Course Delivery This course will be delivered online over 16 weeks.
