The OCR Level 3 Diploma in Business & Administration is aimed at individuals who work in an office and/or reception environment. They will have the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate a range of administration skills and will be responsible for their area of work. NVQ: To achieve the full award, learners complete 40 credits, 13 of these are mandatory, 27 credits are optional: Technical Certificate to recognise the principles of Business Administration.
