This course offers you the chance to get to know how to use a computer with success, increasing your inclusion in the community through the fascinating world of technology and keeping you in touch with friends old and new. The friendly classroom environment is a great place for social interaction and helping you meet new people.The course will consolidate and further develop your skills in; Ancestry; Social Media; Shopping On-line. This course is subsidised by Government funding so you should aim to attend the whole course. You will have completed a Step 2 course (or equivalent) and have some knowledge of the subject. You must also be over 60 and living alone. After completing Beginners - Step 3, you will have gained enough knowledge to enable you to continue learning at an intermediate level.Other courses at the next level may be offered by Skills & Learning or other local providers.
