You will learn about how to work within an office environment including dealing with telephone calls, writing emails and formal letters, filing, stock control, dealing with petty cash, the purchase and sale of goods, understanding organisational structures of companies, the qualities of an office worker and Health and Safety. The course will also prepare you to gain national level qualifications in ESOL, Maths and ICT.
