Volunteer Training

You will learn strategies to support learners with their English and maths skills, as well as exploring listening and communication skills, and Safeguarding and Equality and Diversity. The course also includes a placement in a Skills for Life class. This starts from approximately week 5 of the course and the commitment is one session a week (2 hours) during term time in addition to the training sessions.
