The level 2 qualification comprises of the following core units: Health, safety and welfare in Construction (this unit can be carried forward from Level 1) and Principles of building construction, information and communication. The following subject specialist units are also studied: Applying plastering materials to interiors, Fix dry lining and plasterboards to interiors, Laying sand and cement screeds, Applying plastering materials to external backgrounds. English/Maths are an integral part of this Study Programme and will form a substantial part of your timetable for 16-18 yr olds.
