Certificate for IT User Skills ITQ - Level 2

The course will follow a formal specification and will allow you to gain a recognised qualification at Level 2. The course will cover a range of office applications software which will include word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software. Each topic will be taught over a block of classes, to help learners join the course at any time throughout the year. It will also include exposure to a range of other skills such as video editing, project management and database creation. There will be a project which allows you to demonstrate that you can use a range of software skills effectively.
