In this Study Programme you will gain experience of diagnosing and rectifying faults on a wide range of vehicle systems, including electrical system operations. The purpose of this new Level 4 qualification is to offer individuals, who are experienced technicians in the automotive industry, the opportunity to develop their knowledge of management principles. Alongside this you will learn about advanced vehicle technologies, including alternative fuel vehicles, liaising with manufacturers and suppliers on technical matters, providing colleagues with technical advice and support and undertaking diagnostic consultations with customers.
