You will study contemporary issues in culinary arts and business management including: - Human Resources and Organisational Development - Finance and Revenue Management - Business and Marketing Strategy - Introduction to Sensory Science - Dissertation Important information This course is available as a full-time or part-time programme over one or two years. It is a 'Top-up' course enabling candidates to gain a BA Honours Degree after they have completed a Foundation Degree or equivalent qualification. UCAS code DN62 Employability The course will enable you to develop a wide range of employability skills through the experience you will gain during the course as well as an emphasis on a vocational approach to teaching. There is a well-established network of employers and industry advisors and a visiting speaker / demonstrator programme in place to support course delivery. The course provides an ideal opportunity for students to progress to supervisory and senior management positions in food preparation and catering including leading food manufacturers.
