You will study contemporary issues in culinary arts and business management including: - Human Resources and Organisational Development - Finance and Revenue Management - Business and Marketing Strategy - Introduction to Sensory Science - Dissertation Important information This course is available as a full-time or part-time programme over one or two years. It is a 'Top-up' course enabling candidates to gain a BA Honours Degree after they have completed a Foundation Degree or equivalent qualification.
