The Level 4 Award is suitable for people who have some experience in working in Facilities Management and want to progress their career in this area. This qualification enables learners to develop their knowledge and/or specific skills through distance learning. On successful completion you will gain a recognised, accredited qualification to support your career and build your earning potential. The BIFM Level 4 Award in Facilities Management is a 120-hour qualification (12 credits) 49 guided learning hours and consists of one mandatory unit (6 credits) plus additional optional units in order to achieve a minimum of 12 credits in total. You will be assessed through your induction session supported by distance learning material and an e-learning programme. Mandatory Units: Overview of Facilities Management (6 credits) Optional Units available for Award: FM Strategy (3) - People Management (8) - Support Services operations (6) - Health and Safety (6) - Customer Service (4) - Sustainability and Environmental Issues (3) - Risk Management (6) - Procurement and Contract Management (3) There will be 8 workshops to attend and these workshops are run monthly from 09:30 to 17:00 and held at our Regents Park Centre, in our Facilities Management Centre. You will study in your own time bite-size information that will assist you in build you assignments and up-skilling your knowledge with tutor support by email, phone and through our virtual learning platform. You will be asked to submit 4 assignments, one for each module. These assignments will be based on your current role and responsibilities.
