What will I study? This is a day release, advanced practical training course for people who are working in either a professional kitchen environment or front of house restaurant environment. You will develop comprehensive skills and knowledge to a high level suitable for these environments. The course is made up of a series of theoretical supervisory based units, which can be interpreted according to your working environment and the responsibilities you hold within it. These include: - Leadership - Customer relationships - Productive working relationships - Controlling resources - Supervising food production operations - Supervising a function - Contributing to the promotion of a hospitality service - Supervising a food service - Supervising a reception - Contributing to menu development
