Do you have an employee you wish to train, or would you like a new junior member of staff? If so then the apprenticeship route is an excellent option. The apprentice will study the underpinning knowledge of Youth Work and have a dedicated assessor to observe their progress within the workplace.

They will complete written tasks to demonstrate their knowledge of the profession and test to demonstrate their ability to apply English, Maths and ICT in everyday situations. Reviews are completed between the apprentice, assessor and employer, on an eight-weekly basis, giving you regular feedback on the apprentice's progress.
