Do you have an employee you wish to train, or would you like a new junior member of staff? If so then the apprenticeship route is an excellent option. The apprentice will study the underpinning knowledge of Youth Work and have a dedicated assessor to observe their progress within the workplace.

Name: Youth Work (Apprenticeship - Employer) Qualification title: Certificate in Youth Work Practice (QCF) Qualification type: Other regulated/accredited qualification Assessment The apprentice will be observed in the work place and will gather evidence to show they are competent at a level 2 standard. They will complete written tasks to demonstrate their knowledge of the profession and test to demonstrate their ability to apply English, Maths and ICT in everyday situations. Reviews are completed between the apprentice, assessor and employer, on an eight-weekly basis, giving you regular feedback on the apprentice's progress.
