First steps in computing - Award in ICT

This course is aimed at people who are reasonably new to computers and only have basic knowledge. It is aimed specifically for learners who are unemployed and who need to improve their computer skills. It aims to develop learners’ practical skills in using common software and build confidence in the use of ICT. Learners will be encouraged to use their new skills to search for employment throughout the course.
