Dressmaking for Beginners is the ideal course to get you started in dressmaking. You will be taken through each part of the process step by step. By making a skirt you will learn how to: • Take accurate measurements • Read a pattern & follow instructions • Use a sewing machine • Achieve a well finished garment you'll be proud of! Bobble headed pins, fabric cutting scissors, a hand sewing needle, sewing machine bobbin for Janome machine and a tape measure. Do not buy any fabric until after the first lesson when your tutor will advise you what to purchase.
