The Level 3 Diploma in Food & Beverage Service Supervision course is designed for adaptable and flexible individuals who are already employed in a supervisory role or who are aiming towards their first supervisory role in the hospitality industry. The emphasis of the course is supervising the work of others and developing good team and customer relations in a Food Service environment. This course is specifically designed to accommodate part-time employment so that you can study to gain your qualification and gain experience in the hospitality industry. The course includes; Food Safety Supervision, Supervising Food and Drink Service Operations, Promoting Food and Beverage Services and Products, Preparing and Serving a Range of Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages, Food and Beverage Legislation, Functional Skills.
