The nurse cadet scheme is set up in partnership with the NHS and is a 2 year course. It offers learners the chance to study a Health and Social Care Level 3, alongside a rotation of work experience opportunities. As a guide, three days a week will be in college and the rest at an NHS placement. This is for those who would like to pursue a career in adult nursing.
