During this taster day basic techniques will be learnt such as coiling, slabbing and pinching. Learners will be shown various techniques and different clays bodies will be discussed. This workshop will enable learners to have a taste of various different activities and understand the versatility of working with clay. Items made will be bisque fired and ready for collection around two weeks after the course. Learners wishing to glaze their pieces are advised to attend a glazing workshop to finish their piece.
