Cookery - Danish Pastries & Croissants

The aim of the course is to make delicious croissants and Danish pastries, to take home. You will learn to make the basic dough, and how to shape it into different viennoiserie products. Fillings/ toppings could include apples, apricots, lemon curd & creme patissiere (made in class), marzipan, apricot glaze, icing, nuts etc.

Recipes/ingredients list will be sent 1 week prior to the start of the class.Please bring an apron, tea-towels and all ingredients as listed in the recipes sent to you, also some suitable containers to take food home in.It is important to wear clothes and footwear suitable for a busy, hot kitchen.
