Cookery - Cooking for Friends & Family

The aim of this course is to learn the skills to enjoy cooking and get great results each week to take home and impress your family and friends.We will focus on preparing a wide range of recipes suitable for feeding friends and family, whether for informal eating or entertaining occasions. Recipes will include meat and fish dishes as well as desserts and baking.

Recipes/ingredients list will be sent 1 week prior to the start of the first class.Please bring an apron, tea-towels and all ingredients as listed in the recipes sent to you, also some suitable containers to take food home in.It is important to wear clothes and footwear suitable for a busy, hot kitchen.
