This Level 2 non accredited course will cover the following topics using Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint: 1) Work with files and save them in different formats 2) Choose built in options to enhance productivity 3) Apply different formats to file content to enhance them before distribution 4) Insert tables, images and drawn objectives 5) Adjust page settings and check and correct spelling before finally printing 6) Prepare documents for mail merge options 7) Enter data into cells and use good practise in creating lists 8) Select, sort, copy, move and delete data 9) Create mathematical and logical formulas using standard spreadsheet functions10) Format numbers and text content11) Choose, create and format charts to communicate information meaningfully12) Understand different presentation views and when to use them13) Choose different slide layouts and designs and edit slides.14) Enter, edit and format text in presentations.15) Apply animation and transition effects to presentations
