Research into counselling outcomes has consistently demonstrated that it is the quality of the relationship between the client and counsellor that has the most profound effect. This course provides a unique learning opportunity to enhance skills, increase knowledge, and prepare you for employment in the counselling profession and membership of BACP. This course focuses on the therapeutic relationship as the main catalyst to healing, wellbeing, growth and development with an emphasis on the use of the counsellor's self and of the client-counsellor relationship in the therapeutic work.
