What are the main areas covered in the course? Learn how physical movements keep the body healthy and strong whilst bringing about a more balanced state of mind. What can I do after successfully completing the course? You can move on to 'Yoga for Improvers' or other fitness classes. What skills or knowledge do I need for entry to this course? None. How long is the course? 10 weeks for 1 hour per session. What teaching methods will be used? Tutor demonstrations, question and answer, and individual learning plan. How is the course assessed?
