Is this the course for me? This course is for you if you want to continue to improve your fitness levels. You will learn challenging exercises and exercise techniques which you can practise away from class during the week to keep up your fitness levels. What are the aims of the course? To further improve and maintain fitness, health and well-being. What are the main areas covered in the course? • Explore a range of challenging exercises to music • Further improve positive posture, balance and co-ordination with aerobic workouts and routines to do at home • Further improve your level of fitness and well-being Changes to learning outcomes listed above may be agreed with individual learners or the class. What can I do after successfully completing the course? You can enrol on other health and fitness courses to maintain your fitness levels. What skills or knowledge do I need for entry to this course? None. These are mixed ability classes. You will need to wear comfortable clothing.
