Learners who also want to gain 3x A level equivalent qualifications (up to 420 UCAS points) to gain entry in to Higher Education after the course before entering employment. Learners who are highly motivated with a strong work ethic and enjoy taking part in practical days each week whatever the weather. Learners who want the opportunity to gain a range of outdoor / leadership NGB qualifications relevant to gaining employment in the outdoor industry, e.g. Paddlesports 1* & 2*, BCU Level 1 Coach, CWA training, Mountain Bike Leaders Level 1, First Aid for the Outdoors.
