This course is designed for those who have a DSLR and maybe a basic knowledge of photography but would like the confidence to move away from just using 'Auto' settings and become more familiar with the manual controls of your camera to take well-composed and artistic, creative photographs, as well as showing you how to avoid making common mistakes. Learning in this course becomes more specific. Areas covered will be: Landscape, photographing architecture and buildings, and still life. What will I learn? 1. To exploit the creative use of aperture and shutter speed choice. 2. An understanding of creative exposure. 3. Effective and creative composition. 4. Basic use of studio lighting. 5. Downloading the image and making image corrections.
