Spanish course suitable for those who want to improve their fluency in the language. You will develop your listening and speaking skills along with your reading and writing. This will allow you to cope with every day and more complex situations in Spanish speaking countries. The course is learner-centered and all needs and goals will be taken into account to make the learning experience appealing and meaningful. By the end of the one-year course you will have the opportunity to learn how to: First Term: Express habits, duration, and motivation; Talk about how you feel and difficulties; State facts in the past (Pretérito Indefinido or Pretérito Perfecto Simple); Talk about likes and preferences; State agreement and disagreement; Make recommendations and comparisons; Describe houses (rooms, furniture) and objects (shape, material, style); Describe location (prepositions of place). Second Term: Make invitations, greet and introduce people in formal or informal situations; Ask favours or objects, give and ask permission and apologise in formal or informal situations; State past experiences (Pretérito Perfecto Compuesto); State future projects (IR a + Infinitive); Talking about temporary actions and situations in the present (ESTAR + Gerund); Give and ask for information on leisure activities or opening times; Talk about eating likes and habits. Third Term: Talk about culture and entertainment; State past experiences (Pretérito Perfecto/Pretérito Indefinido); Assess past experiences (Pretérito Indefinido); Identify body parts; Express pain and symptoms; Give advice (Imperative Mood); Talk about habits in the past (Pretérito Imperfecto).
