This one day course offers you an introduction to Italian cookery and covers several sweet and savoury classic recipes . These will include making Chicken Cattiatire (a rich, red wine 'hunters' stew), Cannelloni filled with beef ragu, focaccia bread, tiramisu and panna cotta. The recipes and list of ingredients for the day will be sent to you in advance of the course.
