It can help you gain a foot in the door to a variety of careers/university course. Media, television, theatre, computer design, freelance artist, teaching, museums and galleries, fashion, magazines, interior design, architect, garden design, graphic designer, etc. Art and Design A level provides candidates with opportunities to develop personal responses to ideas, observations, experiences, environments and cultures in practical, critical and contextual forms, in a flexible manner. It allows students and teachers to work together from their strengths. The A2 assessments are designed to stretch and challenge students with a broad range of question types assessing a wide range of creative skills. Use of synoptic assessment means students can demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of the subject as a whole and make links between different areas of the subject
