Body Talk

UPDATED 20161130 12:27:57

Did you know that, as human beings, over 50% of our communication is conducted through non-verbal cues, otherwise known as body language? Often, unbeknown to us we are giving out signals ourselves, and reading clues from others on a daily basis. The majority of body language signals are conducted at a subconscious level and are therefore real indicators of how we are feeling. These non-verbal communications are expressed by physical behaviours, facial expressions, posture, hand gestures, eye movement, touch and even levels of personal space. This one-day course illustrates the importance of body talk in our communication with other people. Discover what your own body language reveals about you to others and also recognise other people's signals and reactions towards you. Body Talk is a highly practical course that will help you to navigate your way through daily life and improve your important relationships at home, work and play.
