WHAT WILL I STUDY AT IN YEAR ONE OF LEVEL 3 BTEC? A Level 3 BTEC Diploma is a practical, work-related course. Students learn by completing projects and assignments that are based on realistic workplace situations, activities and demands. It is equivalent to two A Levels and will be taken as a two-year full-time course. The course is made up of twelve units - four core units, which everyone takes, and eight specialist units. The specialist units enable you to study particular areas in more depth.
