Public Services BTEC Level 1 Diploma

This course introduces you to public services, investigating the skills, knowledge and understanding required for working in todays public services and provides a good foundation to further your studies in this area. You will learn about the different public services and develop a range of skills including navigation and teamwork. To be successful on the course you will need to be able to solve problems, meet deadlines, work in a team and keep fit. In addition you will also study Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT. A commitment to studying on a full-time course is essential.
