Catering - Level 2 Diploma in Culinary Skills

This course gives you an insight into developing your cookery skills across a wide of commodities. You will also have the opportunity to develop your customer service skills whilst working in the college restaurant. The course is predominately a practical based qualification focusing on developing your culinary skills in the college kitchen. There may be opportunities to enhance these skills further by completing a work experience programme.
