Anyone who is currently playing at a competitive level and would like to learn the science behind the anatomy and physiology of the body, the human mind and the biomechanics of how the body works should most certainly take up A-Level PE. It allows the candidate to dive into their sport in more detail by discovering how physiological and psychological states can affect their performance and how modern technology has changed our approach to training and preparation.
