The Advanced Apprenticeship in Children and Young People’s Workforce (Early Years Educator) consists of a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce (Early Years Educator) which explores four key themes: Health, safety and wellbeing; child development; positive environments; and personal development/specialism. This apprenticeship is suitable for those undertaking a Nursery Worker/Supervisor, Nursery Nurse/Nursery Teaching Assistant role. A blended delivery approach combining traditional one-to-one teaching and support from a dedicated Tutor combined with access to an online virtual learning environment will help you develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to be an effective administrator. In addition to developing children care/early years educator skills and knowledge, you will also work towards and achieve: • GCSE grade A* - C in English and mathematics • Level 2 Functional Skill in ICT • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills • Employee Rights and Responsibilities - 19 + Advanced Learner Loan available
