The Intermediate Apprenticeship in Children and Young People’s Workforce consists of a Level 2 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce which explores four key themes: Health, safety and wellbeing; child development; positive environments; and personal development/specialism. This apprenticeship is suitable for those undertaking an Early Years Worker/Assistant role. A blended delivery approach combining traditional one-to-one teaching and support from a dedicated Tutor combined with access to an online virtual learning environment will help you develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to be an effective administrator. In addition to developing children care skills and knowledge, you will also work towards and achieve: • Level 1 Functional Skills in English, mathematics and ICT • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills • Employee Rights and Responsibilities
