Over the course of the qualification you will work in our art studios and our design room which hosts iMac computers, 3D printers and laser cutters. You will complete a range of practical projects which will be assessed regularly by your teachers. Units included in the qualification are design crafts; fine art; graphic design; photography and textiles. There will be a specific development in theoretical aspects in Art and Design which you will then apply to your practical work. You will have the opportunity to work within restrictive briefs, but also allow your personal expressions to shine through in independent work.
