This is an industry recognised full qualification in fitness instructing, including units such as anatomy and physiology, health and safety, nutrition, planning and leading a session Who is it For? / What can I do after the course? Those who want to pursue a career in the health and fitness industry as a fitness instructor across a number of disciplines within the fitness industry Those wishing to use the qualification as a platform for progression on to further learning within the health and fitness or active leisure sectors What could this qualification lead to?
