You will study serving food and drink including serving wine, silver service, table theatre, preparing dining areas, serving customers and dealing with payments. Your programme of study will also include attendance at tutorials, work experience and directed private study. You will develop your skills in the Manor Restaurant and have the opportunity to participate in regional and national competitions and work experience at prestigious outdoor events.
