Students will study a range of units including: Strategies to improve job interview skills (double weighted unit), Preparing for a work placement, Reflecting on work placement, Presentations for work, Reviewing professional development, Giving and receiving feedback (double weighted unit), Maximising potential when applying for a job, Developing confidence for work, Personal skills for leadership, Planning for professional development (double weighted unit), Project management skills, Manage own learning, Developing Personal skills for leadership, Contributing to meetings, Alternatives to paid work. Students on this course will also access a Professional Learning Placement
