Students will complete the following units of study; Human Life Span Development (examination), Individual Rights in Health and Social Care, Health & Social Care Values, Effective Communication in Health and Social Care. Each unit is made up of a number of assignments. For each unit students will achieve a pass, merit or distinction and then an overall grade. There is an examination for one of the core units. All assignments are internally assessed and externally moderated
