GCE Chemistry

UPDATED 20160318 16:24:12

The AS year gives a solid grounding in physical, organic and inorganic chemistry. At A2 students will develop the concepts studied in the foundation modules although a greater emphasis is placed on using knowledge and mathematical skills to solve problems. Practical work is an important part of the course and is credited through an endorsement of class experiments and exam questions assessing practical skills.
